Flight cancellation - will travel insurance cover my visa got rejected?

I had booked a trip to Singapore for 14 days starting from in 2 weeks. I also bought travel insurance from Bajaj Allianz for 3500 rupees covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss etc. Unfortunately, I have to cancel the trip because my visa got rejected. My flight tickets cost 60000 and hotel booking was 30000. Will my travel insurance cover these cancellation charges? What documents do I need to submit? The policy says trip cancellation is covered but I am not sure if my reason qualifies. Has anyone claimed for trip cancellation? How much did you get reimbursed?
